If there is any sparkling or any innovative item, related to the meetings industry, that you would like to share with your public on stage, then grab this chance to do so.

We have programmed 8 slots of 5 minutes each, during the course of the educational, to be filled by speakers from the field. This can be you! You may have an interesting story to share about a new idea, a case study, a great meeting concept or an amazing person. Please write us a summary of max. 100 words about what exactly you would like to talk about on stage. By the first of October, we will announce the selection of 8 speakers who will bring their story on stage on 19th of October in the Hilton in Antwerp.

The rules:
- Max. 5 minutes of talking (we’ll pull the plug in case of overtime, sorry).
- Language: English
- No commercial messages (selling your company is not allowed).
- You can bring slides, as long as they are without text (a title is ok). Graphics, pictures, cartoons are fine.
- No speakers fee.
